NWe are looking for a Strategy Analyst who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, breaking down complex business challenges, and turning insights into action. This role sits at the intersection of business, product, growth, and strategy, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive high-impact initiatives.

- Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams on key strategic and business initiatives. N
- Analyse business performance, user behaviour, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and risks. N
- Break down complex and ambiguous business problems into structured analyses and actionable recommendations. N
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and deep dives into current products, markets, and growth opportunities. N
- Support strategic planning and help identify initiatives that can drive growth,



profitability, and long-term business value. N
- Work with product, growth, marketing, and operations teams to evaluate business performance and improve decision-making. N
- Build business cases, frameworks, and presentations to communicate recommendations clearly to stakeholders. N
- Track key initiatives and help ensure strategic priorities translate into execution. N
- Take ownership of high-impact problem statements from identifying the problem to driving the solution. N
- Use data and structuredthinking to challenge assumptions and influence important business decisions. N

nWhat We're LookingFor

- n
- 1–3 years of experience in strategy, business analytics, consulting, business operations, investment banking, startups, or other problem-solving-intensive roles. N
- Strong academic background from a Tier 1 institution, preferably IITs, BITS, NITs, or equivalent institutions. N
