- Develop and implement ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration N
- Configure and maintain MID Servers, patterns, and probes/sensors N
- Build integrations withthird-party monitoring tools using REST/SOAP APIs N
- Customize platform components using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer N
- Perform CMDB data modeling, reconciliation, and data quality improvements N
- Troubleshoot and optimize Discovery and Service Mapping performance N
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable ITOM solutions N
