nAs an Ad Operations & Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for performing quality assurance on campaign tickets received through JIRA, identifying and resolving campaign setup issues,



conducting root cause analysis, and partnering with Account Managers and internal teams to ensure campaigns are implemented accurately.
nYou will work closely with operational and client-facing teams, using data and automation to identify trends, improve quality, and drive process excellence.

nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
nQuality Assurance & Operations
n• Review and QA campaign tickets based on priority and SLA requirements.
n• Perform QA on campaigns trafficked through Mission Control and Google Ad Manager.
n• Identify campaign setup errors and provide clear solutions and corrective guidance.
n• Escalate issues to Account Managers through JIRA and maintain transparent documentation.
n• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring and critical errors.
n• Drive corrective and preventive actions to improve campaign quality.
n• Monitor quality performance and ensure adherence to established standards.
