nJob responsibilities

- Lead and manage the System Administration / L2 Support team, ensuring smooth day-to-day N

noperations and SLAadherence.
N
- n
- Handle L2 escalations related to Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, N
- Microsoft 365, networking, virtualization, and endpoints. N
- Monitor team performance, ticket queues, response/resolution TATs and service quality. N




- Allocate tickets and tasks within the team and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests. N
- Monitor server health, uptime, capacity, patching and system performance. N
- Manage and troubleshootVMware, OpenStack, or Hyper-V environments. N
- Oversee Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. N
- Coordinate with L1, L3,Security, Network, and other technical teams for complex issues. N
- Review major incidents,conduct RCA, and ensure preventive actions are implemented. N
- Maintain SOPs, knowledge base, documentation, and shift handover processes. N
- Support 24×7 operationsand manage rotational shifts/on-call requirements. N
- Provide regular operational reports and updates to management. N

nRequired Skills

- n
- Strong hands-on experience in Windows/Linux System Administration. N
- Valuable knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN and Firewall. N
- Experience with Microsoft
