WE ARE HIRING - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

HENOX IT & Datacenters is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – South Region to drive enterprise business growth across Cloud, AI, Managed Services, IT Infrastructure, and Data Center solutions.

Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring new enterprise customers, expanding strategic accounts, and building HENOX’s presence across the South India market.
The role will also involve leading and mentoring Business Development Executives (BDEs) and Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs).

Key Responsibilities
- Own regional revenue, gross margin, pipeline, and new-customer acquisition targets.
- Drive enterprise opportunities across Cloud, AI, Managed Services, IT Infrastructure, and Data Centers.
- Develop and execute the business plan across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh.
- Identify and acquire new enterprise customers through market mapping, networking, partnerships, events, and account-based selling.




- Build strong relationships with CXOs, CIOs/CTOs, IT Heads, procurement teams, and business decision-makers.
- Lead complex solution sales, proposals, commercial negotiations, and deal closures.
- Develop recurring and run-rate business to support predictable regional growth.
- Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Cloud, AI, Infrastructure, Data Analytics, Application Modernization, and Managed Services.
- Work closely with Presales, Solution Architects, Delivery, Managed Services, OEMs, and Channel Partners.
- Lead, coach, and manage BDEs and ISRs, with clear expectations around activity, pipeline, conversion, and performance.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity updates in Zoho CRM.
- Track market trends, competition, technology adoption, and partner ecosystems to identify current opportunities.

Candidate Profile
- 12–15 years of experience in enterprise business development or sales.
