Business Development Manager – MICE, Exhibitions & Conferences Location: Mumbai / Delhi Experience: 3–5 Years Company: AtomXAbout the Role AtomX is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager from the MICE, exhibitions, conferences and trade-fair industry to lead our expansion into this segment. AtomX has built a solid presence in large-scale live events and festivals. Our next major growth vertical is exhibitions, conferences, trade fairs, expos and corporate events , where our technology can simplify registrations, accreditation, access control, cashless payments, F&B; management and real-time event analytics. We are specifically looking for someone who already understands this industry, knows the key organisers and agencies, and brings an existing network of clients and decision-makers. What You'll Do Bring and develop business across exhibitions, conferences, expos, trade fairs, corporate events and MICE . Leverage your existing relationships with exhibition organisers, MICE agencies, conference organisers, venues and corporate event teams .



Identify upcoming events where AtomX's technology can be deployed. Pitch AtomX solutions including: Online & On-Site Registration QR / NFC Accreditation Badge & Wristband Management Access Control Cashless Payments F&B; & POS Solutions Exhibitor / Delegate Management Real-Time Dashboards & Analytics Own the complete sales cycle — prospecting, meetings, pitching, proposal, negotiation and closing . Build a strong pipeline of recurring annual exhibitions and conferences. Develop relationships with senior decision-makers and convert them into long-term AtomX accounts. Work closely with AtomX's operations and technology teams to create customised solutions for clients. Who We're Looking For 3–5 years of Business Development / Sales experience specifically within MICE, exhibitions, conferences or trade fairs .Based in Mumbai or Delh i .Strong existing client relationships within the MICE/exhibition ecosystem .Candidate
