The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing configuration specific solidworks assembly with detailed part and assembly drawings, ensuring they meet technical specifications, and follows Design for Manufacturing/Assembling philosophy. ROLE DESCRIPTION Create and modify Parts, assemblies and drawings in the Solidworks workplace using features like sheet metal, etc. The candidate shall be responsible for SolidWorks 3D modelling, drafting and BOM preparation, design documentation control. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Mechanical Design & Modeling Create configuration-specific SolidWorks assemblies and detailed part drawings including BOMs for industrial equipment and electrical assemblies. Model intermediate assemblies (typically 500 components) ensuring Design for Manufacturing (DFM)



and Design for Assembly (DFA). Utilize SolidWorks sheet metal tools for enclosure and fabrication design. 3D EXPERIENCE/PDM Library Management Work within the 3DEXPERIENCE and PDM cloud platform to upload, revise, and manage models and drawings .Maintain organized records through document control systems . Drawing & Documentatio n Prepare part drawings, assembly drawings, and fabrication documentatio n.Ensure all documentation aligns with project requirements and manufacturing specification s .
