1. JOB PURPOSE The Business Development Associate is responsible for generating and qualifying leads, acquiring new clients, developing client relationships and contributing to the business growth of Kyzen Research. The role requires strong communication, disciplined follow-up, effective lead management and professional client interaction. 2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead Generation & Business Development • Generate prospective client leads through approved channels, outbound calls, inbound enquiries, campaigns and referrals. • Understand prospect requirements, introduce relevant company services and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads. • Conduct systematic follow-ups, client meetings and conversion activities to achieve assigned acquisition and revenue targets. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management • Build professional relationships with prospective and existing clients and support a smooth client onboarding experience. • Maintain regular client communication, address routine queries and re-engage inactive prospects or clients.



• Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of service requests and escalations. Sales, CRM & Reporting • Work towards assigned monthly and quarterly business-development targets. • Maintain accurate CRM records for leads, calls, meetings, follow-ups, conversion status and next actions. • Prepare daily/weekly activity reports and participate in sales and performance-review meetings. Internal Coordination • Coordinate with Research, Operations, Compliance, Marketing and other teams as required. • Escalate complaints, investment-related queries and sensitive matters to the appropriate authorised function/person. 4.
