Role Description The Interior Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. In this position, the consultant engages with prospective and existing clients, understands their interior design requirements, and presents suitable design concepts, product options, and pricing. The role includes conducting showroom or site consultations, preparing proposals and quotations, and coordinating with the design and execution teams to ensure accurate delivery of client expectations. The consultant is responsible for managing the sales process from lead generation to closure, maintaining follow-ups,



and providing after-sales support to drive customer satisfaction. Daily tasks also involve maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, meeting sales targets, and representing Decormart Studio’s brand and service standards in all client interactions.

Qualifications
- At least 2 years of BD or sales experience (preferably in luxury sector, interior design or HNI financial sales)
- Knowledge of interior materials, fit-out process and project lifecycle
- Client Consultations & Client Satisfaction: Meet with potential and existing clients to understand their needs, offering tailored design solutions and interior concepts. Ensure all client interactions are smooth and skilled, proactively addressing any issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Project Proposals & Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, presentations, and quotes that align with client vision, goal
