Job Title: Talent Acquisition- Intern

Internship Period : 6 months
Location: Gurugram

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. The intern will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and gain hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process across legal and business support functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with end-to-end recruitment activities , including sourcing, screening and coordinating interviews.
- Source relevant candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and other recruitment channels .
- Review CVs and shortlist candidates based on the requirements shared by the hiring team.
- Coordinate with candidates and interviewers to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate trackers, recruitment MIS and databases .
- Assist with candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.




- Support the team in preparing recruitment reports and maintaining accurate recruitment records.
- Assist with joining and onboarding-related coordination for selected candidates.
- Undertake research on talent pools, target organisations and potential candidates.
- Provide general support to the Talent Acquisition team on ongoing hiring projects.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Prior internship/exposure to recruitment or HR will be an advantage, but is not mandatory .
- Robust organizational and time-management abilities
