Chillax Holiday Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its Corporate Events & MICE business and is looking for a highly driven Special Event Sales Manager who can identify opportunities, acquire corporate clients, build robust relationships, and convert enquiries into profitable event business.

ABOUT THE ROLEThis is a business acquisition and revenue-focused position .
The selected candidate will be responsible for generating new corporate event business and developing long-term relationships with corporates, MNCs, brands, agencies and enterprise clients .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Generate new business for Corporate Events, MICE & Experiential Marketing
• Identify and approach decision-makers across Marketing, HR, Admin, Procurement, Corporate Communications and Leadership teams
• Build and manage a strong corporate sales pipeline
• Conduct client meetings,



presentations and requirement discovery
• Generate RFQs/RFPs and convert opportunities into confirmed business
• Coordinate proposals, concepts, presentations, budgets and commercial negotiations
• Develop key accounts and generate repeat business
• Work closely with Creative, Production, Operations, Hospitality and Finance teams
• Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, forecasts and regular business reports
• Take ownership of monthly and annual revenue targets
