Role Description The Regional Sales Manager – CAD CAM Software is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.



This role is responsible for driving sales of SolidWorks and ESPRIT solutions within the assigned region by identifying new business opportunities, developing and managing a robust sales pipeline, and achieving revenue and growth targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with prospective and existing clients, understanding their engineering and manufacturing needs, delivering product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and negotiating commercial terms. The Regional Sales Manager will collaborate closely with technical and training teams to ensure successful implementation, customer onboarding, and ongoing account management. The role also involves market research, participation in industry events, and regular reporting on sales activities, forecasts, and competitive trends to management.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in CAD/CAM/CAE software or engineering solutions, with strong skills
