We’re looking for someone who enjoys building from the ground up, takes ownership and can turn opportunities into measurable business outcomes.

The Role
As a Business Development Executive / Manager, you will work closely with the founders to drive growth across B2C, B2B, institutional, partnership and current revenue channels.

You will identify opportunities, build relationships, close deals, develop processes and work cross-functionally to turn ideas into execution.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who thinks:
“This needs to get done. How do we make it happen?”

What You’ll Own
-Identify and develop new business and revenue opportunities.
-Build and manage relationships with customers, partners, businesses and institutions.
-Take opportunities from first conversation to closure.
-Develop partnerships and new customer acquisition channels.
-Research markets, competitors, pricing and customer behaviour.
-Build processes for lead generation, follow-ups,



conversions and partnerships.
-Track business metrics and improve what isn’t working.
-Coordinate across marketing, operations and leadership to drive execution.
-Take ownership of projects beyond traditional BD responsibilities when required.

Who We’re Looking For
-5+ years of experience in the dairy industry, preferably in sales, BD, distribution or partnerships.
-Strong understanding of the dairy ecosystem.
-Proven ability to build relationships and drive revenue.
-Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
-Comfortable with ambiguity, fast-moving environments and changing priorities.
-Proactive, commercially minded and highly accountable.
-Someone who enjoys taking things from 0 → 1, rather than simply maintaining what already exists.
