Semi-Qualified CA – Accounts & Compliance

Role Overview
We are looking for a Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Inter/CA Final) to manage and oversee accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance activities. The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, accounting, and financial reporting .
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate and timely maintenance of books of accounts.
- Handle monthly and annual closing , including provisions, accruals, depreciation, and necessary adjustments.
- Prepare and review P&L;, Balance Sheet, MIS reports, and financial reconciliations .
- Manage GST compliances , including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GST reconciliation, and ITC/2B reconciliation.
- Handle TDS compliance , including calculation, deduction, payment, return filing, and reconciliation.
- Assist with Income Tax compliance , tax computations, advance tax, and related requirements.
- Coordinate and support Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit,
and GST-related assessments/notices .
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and other external professionals.
- Ensure all statutory compliances are completed accurately and within prescribed timelines.
- Review accounting entries and identify discrepancies, control gaps, and compliance issues.
- Assist in improving accounting processes, internal controls, and finance-related reporting.
Candidate Requirements
- CA Inter / CA Final / Semi-Qualified CA .
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts, Taxation, Audit, or Compliance .
- Strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting principles .
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally / SAP / Zoho / other ERP systems .
- Solid analytical and reconciliation skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
