About the RoleHouse of Swamiraj is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Executive – Accountant to support day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
The ideal candidate should have a valuable understanding of basic accounting principles, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.
Freshers with a relevant accounting/commerce background are also welcome to apply. Candidates with prior real estate accounting experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities .
- Record and maintain sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries .
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, bills, expenses, and financial transactions .
- Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation .
- Maintain and update accounts payable and receivable records.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and receivables when required.
