Company Description:

Altius Sports & Leisure Pvt Ltd is now in its 16th year building sporting infrastructure across India and the SAARC region, in partnership with TigerTurf — part of the TenCate Grass family since 2010 and one of the world's established artificial turf brands. The company is scaling a pan-India distribution network — trade dealers and individual partners — to take its turf products to a much wider market across India and needs someone to build and run that channel.

Reports to: Managing Director

Location: Kolkata, with extensive pan-India travel

Compensation: ₹18 lakh per annum (CTC) + performance incentives

Experience: 10+ years building and leading distribution or dealer networks

Role Description:

This is a build-and-lead mandate, reporting directly to the Managing Director. You will design, staff and run Altius Sports's pan-India distribution channel from the ground up: a trade dealer network across multiple retail and trade categories. The person in this role owns the plan and the number — dealers signed, partners activated, orders placed,



revenue delivered — not just the activity behind it.

What You'll Own:

* Build and scale a dealer network, city by city, following a phased pan-India rollout.

* Design and launch the individual partner programme — recruitment, onboarding, commission structure and compliance.

* Run the full dealer acquisition funnel: list-building, outreach cadence across phone, email and WhatsApp, conversion and onboarding.

* Own dealer and partner retention — pricing discipline, reorder cadence, dealer recognition tiers and ongoing support.

* Build and manage a small, focused execution team — inside sales, field representatives and a digital/content lead.

* Track and report funnel KPIs, revenue and channel performance directly to the Managing Director.

* Represent Altius Sports credibly to trade dealers and prospective partners across India.
