Role Overview:
AG Elevators is looking for experienced and result-oriented Business Development Managers with a strong background in the elevator industry.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in elevator sales, lead conversion, customer handling, site visits, relationship building, and business development. This is a field-oriented role requiring strong communication, negotiation, and market-development skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and develop new business opportunities for elevator solutions.
- Handle enquiries and convert qualified prospects into customers.
- Conduct customer meetings, site visits, presentations, and product discussions.




- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable elevator solutions.
- Prepare and present quotations and commercial proposals.
- Follow up consistently with prospects until closure.
- Build strong relationships with homeowners, builders, developers, architects, contractors, and consultants.
- Develop business within the assigned territory.
- Maintain regular sales follow-ups and update lead status accurately.
- Coordinate with internal technical, operations, and project teams during the sales process.
- Track competitor activity, market opportunities, and customer requirements.
- Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent AG Elevators professionally in all customer and partner interactions.

Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Elevator / Lift Sales.
- Mechanical Engineering background is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of the elevator industry and sales process.
- Comfortable with in office meetings and field sales.
