Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant
Location: Remote – PAN India
Experience: 10+ Years
Employment Type: Full Time / Contract
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance and Controlling , preferably with strong domain experience in FMCG or Retail . The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing SAP FICO solutions while working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support SAP FI and CO modules across business processes.
- Handle General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA) and Bank Accounting .
- Work on Controlling (CO) including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders and Product Costing.
- Manage integration of FICO with MM, SD, PP and other SAP modules .
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Lead end-to-end implementation, rollout, enhancement and support activities.
- Configure taxation, payment processes, financial statements, validations, substitutions and account determination.
- Support month-end/year-end closing and financial reporting processes.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis and resolution.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams.
- Conduct testing, defect resolution, user training and documentation.
- Work with business users and stakeholders to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO.
- Solid expertise in SAP FI and CO configuration and support .
- Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, Cost Center and Profit Center Accounting .
- Mandatory: Relevant domain experience in FMCG or Retail.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of FI-MM and FI-SD integration
