Business Development & Event Execution Manager

Dreamshowz Experiential | Delhi NCR | Full-time

We’re looking for someone who can bring business to Dreamshowz — and then be there to make sure the event actually happens the way it was promised.

This is not a typical sales job, and it’s not a pure event-management role either.

You will identify opportunities, find the right people, start conversations, pitch Dreamshowz, convert business and then stay involved through execution.

About Dreamshowz
Dreamshowz is a Delhi-based experiential and corporate events company working across corporate events, product launches, conferences, exhibitions, dealer meets, MICE programs, brand activations and experiential events.

We work with brands and organisations to plan and execute events end-to-end — from the first brief to the final event day.

What you’ll do
• Identify upcoming corporate events, product launches, conferences, activations and MICE opportunities
• Research companies and identify the right Marketing, Brand, HR, Procurement and other decision-makers




• Build relationships through LinkedIn, email, calls, meetings and industry networking
• Pitch Dreamshowz and understand the client’s actual requirement
• Prepare and coordinate proposals, presentations and budgets
• Follow up consistently and convert opportunities into business
• Build relationships with advertising, experiential, PR and MICE agencies for potential partnerships and execution work
• Once a project is won, coordinate with our team and vendors to ensure smooth execution
• Be involved in the project from brief to event day rather than simply handing it over after the sale
• Develop existing relationships and look for repeat business
Who we’re looking for
• 3–6 years of experience in corporate events, experiential marketing, MICE, event production, client servicing or business development
• Someone who is comfortable speaking to clients and building relationships
• Valuable understanding of how events are act
