nResponsibilities : Responsible for managing, supporting, enhancing, and optimizing Manufacturing Execution System (MES) applications across manufacturing operations.
nThe role acts as the bridge between Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and IT teams to ensure seamless MES operations, system reliability, process improvements, and digital manufacturing initiatives.
nMES Application Management

- Lead implementation, configuration, and support of MES applications.n
- Machine utilization, OEE, cycle time analysis, tool life management, and downtime trackingn




- Ensure MES systems operate efficiently with maximum uptime.n
- Manage MES upgrades, patches, and system enhancements.n
- Monitor application performance and resolve issues proactively.n
- Maintain MES master data, workflows, and business rules.n

nProduction & Operations Support

- Provide proactive support for MES-related incidents.n
- Troubleshoot production issues impacting manufacturing execution.n
- Coordinate with shop floor teams to ensure uninterrupted production.n
- Support manufacturing schedules and production reporting requirements.n

nSystem Integration
