NJob Title: Sales Officer HoReCa
NLocation: 1)South Mumbai 2) Thane
NExperience:Minimum 3 years in HORECA sales in South Mumbai and Thane
NIndustry: FMCG / Food & Beverage / Food Service / HoReCa
NKey Responsibilities

- N
- Generate new business from Hotels, Restaurants, Cafs, Caterers, Cloud Kitchens and Institutions. N
- Identify prospective customers and convert leads into regular business. N
- Manage existing HoReCa accounts and ensure repeat orders. N
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. N
- Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings across Mumbai. N
- Develop relationships with Chefs, Purchase Managers, Procurement Heads, F&B; Managers and Restaurant Owners. N
- Conduct product presentations, sampling and demonstrations where required. N
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close sales. N
- Coordinate with distributors, logistics and internal teams for timely order and delivery. N




- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection of outstanding amounts. N
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, products and market trends. N
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling. N
- Maintain customer database, sales pipeline and daily/weekly sales reports. N
- Provide regular market feedback and sales forecasts to the reporting manager. N

nCandidate Requirements

- n
- Graduate in any discipline;
Hotel Management / MBA in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage. N
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HoReCa / Food Service / FMCG / Food & Beverage sales. N
- Positive knowledge of the Mumbai HoReCa market. N
- Existing contacts with hotels, restaurants, cafs, caterers or institutional customers will be preferred. N
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills. N
- Strong sales orientation and target-driven approach. N
- Willingness to travel extensively within Mumbai. N
