About The Role
Wingman Realty is looking for a creative, organised and commercially minded Social Media Manager to build and manage two distinct content presences:
1. The Founder's Personal Brand — focused on trust, authority, market insights, leadership, the founder journey and an Australia–India business perspective.
2. Wingman Realty — focused on real estate, project marketing, market intelligence, developer relationships and demand generation.
These should feel like two genuinely different voices, not the same content posted with two different logos.
You'll also help establish a consistent content culture across the Wingman Realty sales team, giving consultants the structure, templates and guidance they need to build their own skilled presence.





What You'll Do
- Plan, write and schedule content for the founder's and Instagram, including founder journey, business insights, market perspectives, project insights, leadership and entrepreneurship.
- Plan and manage content for Wingman Realty's social channels, including project features, market updates, educational content, property insights and demand-generation content.
- Build and maintain a structured monthly and weekly content calendar across both brands.
- Maintain clearly differentiated tone, positioning and purpose between the founder and company accounts.
- Write video scripts, captions, hooks, headlines and post copy.
- Work closely with the video editor to turn ideas into high-quality short-form content.
- Develop content standards and templates for the Wingman Realty sales team.
