Job Description We're hiring for a Business Head role to lead mandate business and take complete ownership of its business performance. The Business Head will be responsible for the overall Sales, P&L;, Business Strategy, Cross-functional Execution, Developer Commitments and Growth of the Mandate Business. The role requires a senior real estate professional with a proven track record of successfully selling Luxury and Ultra-Luxury Residential Projects, particularly in South Mumbai. The Business Head will act as the key interface between mandate, its developer partners and internal teams, ensuring that every mandate is executed with clear accountability towards sales targets, revenue, profitability, customer experience and developer commitments. The individual will be expected to combine strategic leadership with strong sales orientation, build a high-performance team and create a scalable and profitable mandate business.



Scope of the role:- Overall Business Leadership P&L; Ownership Sales Leadership Developer Commitment & Mandate Management Sales & Marketing Strategy Team Leadership & Organisation Building Market Intelligence & Competitive Strategy Business Reviews & Performance Management Customer & Relationship Management Strategic Growth & Current Business Governance & Risk Management Target Profile: Education : Graduate in any discipline. MBA / PGDM preferred, particularly in Finance, Strategy, Marketing or Business Management Experience : 15+ years of strong experience in Real Estate Sales, preferably with leading reputed developers. Should have proven track record in selling Luxury and Ultra-Luxury Residential Projects along with strong and demonstrable experience in South Mumbai / South Bombay. A successful track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets. Experience handling high-value residential projects and HNI / UHNI customers.
