About the Role:
"As an Invoicing Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the financial accuracy of our operations by ensuring timely and accurate invoicing. You will be responsible for preparing and issuing invoices to customer and meet the invoice delivery timelines."
What You'll Be Doing :
- Prepare and Issue invoices to customers
- Meet the invoice delivery timelines
- Enter invoices into customer invoicing web sites
- Submit invoices by electronic data interchange
- Understand the key areas on invoicing specific to customer
- Check each field on the invoices before submission
- Ensure all the supporting's and backups are in place and attached to invoices
- Timely and immediate update on invoice submission status in Navision
- Maintain invoice submission logs and customer invoicing process files as reference
- Work closely with payroll & invoicing team and accelerate the invoice submission

process
- Send out statement of accounts to customer.
- Reconcile self-billed cases with customer approved timesheets, any mismatch in

billing /
