Position: Domestic Sales Manager
Location: Mumbai
Reporting to: Area Sales Manager & Director
Criteria: BSc /MSc (MBA Marketing preferred) with 3+ years of experience in Sales
Key Internal and External Interactions
Internal: - Management| Sales Coordinators| Factory Team
External: - Domestic Customers | External Agencies (if required)
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations
- Collaborate with the Director to plan and execute sales strategies for the domestic market segment
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, closing, and post-sales support for the domestic customers
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals for the assigned market segment

Customer Relations
- Proactively respond to customer queries and inquiries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through effective communication, meetings, and presentations
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to address their challenges and opportunities,



ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty

New Customer Acquisition
- Look for opportunities to acquire new customers
- Build and maintain a good relationship with new customers to increase their business with companys Chemicals

Revenue
- Sales revenue plan by domestic market segment & product category

Sales Performance Tracking
- Monitor the progress of sales operations, track key performance indicators, and analyze sales performance
- Current Customers Target vs Actual
- Target vs Actual Sales Analysis
- Lost Order Analysis

Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare, maintain, and present comprehensive reports on sales operations, achievements, challenges, and recommendations to the Management

Secondary Responsibilities
Networking and Industry Engagement
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence
