Job Description About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Executive – Financial Reporting to support accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting across the organisation. The role will work closely with finance, business, and cross-functional teams to ensure robust reporting, compliance, and financial controls.
What You'll Do
- Support month-end closure activities, post journal entries in accounting software and perform reasonableness checks on Trial Balance (TB) accounts; highlight and resolve unusual balances or movements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data requirements.
- Perform end-to-end loan and deposit reconciliations.
- Support internal and external audit assignments.
- Provide accurate data and supporting schedules for regulatory returns





What You'll Need
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, controllership, accounting, or finance operations. Experience in banking, fintech, NBFC, or financial services is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Ind AS/Indian GAAP and familiarity with applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
