Rate: $5-$7 USD per hour

As we grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with deep GoHighLevel experience to join our team and keep operations running smoothly.
What You’ll DoCRM Management & Automation
- Build, optimize, and manage CRM automations and workflows in GoHighLevel
- Integrate third-party tools and customize CRM features to meet client needs

IT Support & Customer Fulfillment
- Handle customer support tickets and resolve technical issues promptly
- Assist with new client onboarding and integration calls
- Ensure client requests are completed quickly and accurately

Client Interaction
- Run integration calls to tailor solutions to each client




- Provide training and ongoing support on using GoHighLevel effectively

Operations & Admin
- Oversee project timelines, documentation, and other back-office tasks
- Keep day-to-day operations organized and on schedule

What We’re Looking For
- Proven Virtual Assistant experience with hands-on GoHighLevel expertise
- Strong automation and CRM process-building skills
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with real estate wholesaling/investing is a plus
- Reliable internet connection and a proactive, detail-driven work style
