Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Fieldglass Configuration Expert to support a global SAP Fieldglass programme within a Global Consulting Firm. This is a hands-on techno-functional role responsible for leading configuration activities, supporting global stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of contingent workforce and services procurement processes within SAP Fieldglass.
The ideal candidate will bring deep SAP Fieldglass expertise, a robust understanding of workforce management processes, and experience working with implementation partners and global vendor communities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP Fieldglass configuration activities across a global implementation programme.
- Configure and maintain SAP Fieldglass modules in line with business and operational requirements.




- Partner with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and vendors to gather, analyse, and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Provide techno-functional expertise and recommendations on SAP Fieldglass best practices.
- Support testing activities, defect resolution, and production issue management.
- Troubleshoot configuration, integration, and system performance issues.
- Ensure configuration aligns with business processes, governance standards, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with global teams across multiple regions and time zones.
