About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Workflow Modelling professional with robust hands-on expertise in BPMN 2.0 and DMN to design and build end-to-end, production-ready workflows for financial services use cases.
The ideal candidate should be able to translate business and operational requirements into executable workflow and decision models, covering process orchestration, business decisioning, approvals, controls, SLAs, handoffs and exception handling.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end workflows using BPMN 2.0 for process orchestration.




- Develop DMN models for business decision logic.
- Translate business and operational requirements into executable workflow and decision models.
- Model approvals, controls, SLAs, handoffs and exception paths.
- Work closely with business, product and engineering teams to validate workflow behavior and outcomes.
- Ensure workflows meet financial-services expectations for auditability, transparency and operational control .
- Build standardized and maintainable workflow patterns.
- Create clear workflow documentation and support knowledge
