Position Objective:
The Assistant Manager/Manager Business Development (New Customer Focus) will focus on hunting new business opportunities in domestic and international markets. The role requires active prospecting, lead generation, customer outreach, and deal closure for the Companys API portfolio.

A. KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development (Hunting Focus)
- Identify and generate new leads for API sales in domestic and export markets.
- Approach prospective pharma companies, distributors, and CMOs to expand the customer base.
- Build new business opportunities across regulated (US, EU, Japan), unregulated markets G emerging markets.
- Develop business in LATAM and MENA regions through direct customer acquisition.




- Drive concept selling by positioning value-added nutraceutical solutions rather than price-based selling.
- Generate recent business opportunities for Iron ingredients, Multivitamins and allied Nutraceutical products.
- Ensure Inperson meetings with prospective Customers G relationship building
- Independently negotiate and close commercial agreements to achieve revenue targets.
- Responsible for developing monthly sales visit plans G adherence to the same
- Support in preparing proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
- Convert new leads into long-term customers.

2. Market Research & Pipeline Development
- Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer requirements.
- Identify opportunities for recent APIs in line with market demand.
- Maintain a healthy sales funnel for consistent business growth.

3. Customer Engagement
- Establish first-level relationships with decision makers in client organizations.
