THE ROLE
Customer Success Executive — own the post-sale client lifecycle for BFSI
customers (banks, NBFCs, ARCs, law firms). Your mission: ensure clients achieve
their debt recovery and litigation outcomes with Legodesk.
Success = High adoption, zero churn, solid NPS, growing case volume per
