About Learning & Innovations Department:

In line with RtR-India's commitment towards knowledge synthesis and sharing, the Learning & Innovations (L&I;) Department undertakes efforts towards capturing insights and implementation evidence from our ongoing programs,



spotlighting cutting-edge practices within the wider education ecosystem and building strategic learning partnerships. In addition to rigorous learning documentation, which serves as knowledge resources for cross-teams and external stakeholders, L&I; also prioritises enhancing the skills and capacity of our staff as well as disseminating these learnings effectively through organizing/participating in learning visits, conferences and workshops.

3. JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Officer, Learning and Innovations (L&I;) will work closely with the Director, RME and engage at a strategic level with cross-functional teams at both national and state levels. The role will focus on collating learning from programme implementation processes, gathering evidence of knowledge
