About the Role
In this role, you'll manage back-end infrastructure support and provide advanced second-level support for service requests — covering everything from workstations, servers, and printers to networks and vendor-specific hardware/software. You'll also lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the service desk team, ensuring timely, qualified resolution of technical issues.
Success in this role means confidently engaging with end users while resolving complex, infrastructure-level problems.
What You Bring
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- 4–5+ years of IT experience supporting US, EMEA, or AUS clients
- Prior experience working with teams in English-speaking countries
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
