Job Description Position: Executive / Sr. Manger / Manager – After Market Sales Department: After Market Sales Location: Hyderabad, Kochi, Madurai, Nagpur Reporting To: Zonal Manager Position Summary We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented sales professional to strengthen our After Market business. The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and managing the aftermarket distribution network, increasing market penetration, building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and mechanics, and ensuring effective implementation of sales strategies across the assigned territory. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role requiring extensive field engagement and frequent travel within the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory. • Develop and expand the aftermarket distribution network across region. • Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and mechanics to increase product availability and market share.



• Identify new business opportunities and appoint new distributors and channel partners wherever required. • Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. • Drive secondary sales through distributors and ensure healthy inventory management. • Plan and execute mechanic engagement programs, retailer meets, promotional campaigns, and product awareness initiatives. • Ensure effective implementation of trade schemes and promotional activities. • Monitor collections and coordinate with distributors to maintain healthy receivables. • Maintain accurate sales reports, market intelligence, and customer visit records. • Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, supply chain support, and customer issue resolution. • Represent the organization professionally while maintaining strong customer relationships.
