NJob Summary
nWe are looking for an experienced Network L2 Support Engineer with robust hands-on experience in network configuration, implementation, troubleshooting, and End User Computing (EUC/WUC).
NThe candidate should be capable of independently handling day-to-day network configuration and L2 troubleshooting, while also supporting end-user devices, applications, and connectivity-related issues.

nNetwork Configuration & L2 Support

- Provide L2 support for enterprise network infrastructure N
- Perform hands-on configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of network devices N
- Configure and troubleshoot switches, routers, access points, and other network devices N
- Configure and manage VLANs, trunk ports, access ports, and port security N
- Perform basic routing configuration and troubleshooting N
- Configure and troubleshoot IP addressing, subnetting, DHCP, and DNS N
- Configure and troubleshoot Wi-Fi / wireless connectivity and access points N




- Configure and troubleshoot VPN and remote-access connectivity N
- Perform network changessuch as port configuration, VLAN assignment, IP changes, and network access N
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues across LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/VPN N
- Perform network device health checks and basic monitoring N
- Analyze network issues using Ping, Tracert/Traceroute, Ipconfig, Nslookup and similar tools N
- Troubleshoot network authentication and access-related issues N
- Work with firewalls forbasic troubleshooting and coordinate with the security/network L3 team for advanced changes N
- Identify and resolve network issues within defined SLA timelines N
- Perform basic root-cause analysis for recurring network issues N
- Coordinate with L3 teams, ISPs, vendors, and internal teams for complex incidents N
- Maintain network configuration documents, diagrams, and support documentation N
