About Your Role
We are hiring a Lead – Operations to work directly with the CEO – India as his second in command on the day-to-day running of the India teams.
In plain terms, this is the person who stays on top of everything. If Finance says a client agreement is not yet on the portal, you are the one who already has that task in Asana, knows it is stuck because nobody sent the final signed copy, has chased the person who has it, and can tell leadership in one line where it stands. Nothing sits with you and goes quiet, and nobody has to remind you of anything.
You will work across teams: product and technology, finance, client delivery, and our US-based leadership and partners. Most of your day is getting things moved by people who do not report to you, so you need to be easy
