Role Summary-

We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to the Director, someone who can be the
supportive force that empowers our senior leadership. The ideal person for the job will be a
proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to
detail. Given the changing nature of the business and the executive landscape, we rely on our
assistants for flexibility and foresight, while maintaining confidence related to high-level
systems and operations.

Key Responsibility-





• Manage professional and personal scheduling for director, including agendas, mail,
email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics.
• Provide critical support to staff in upper management, including CEOs.
• Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as
management of content and flow of information to senior executives.
• Manage, coordinate, and arrange senior executives travel and travel-related activities,
including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination.
• Evaluating strategies and completing projects accurately.
• Preparation and keeping of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual report of company
expenses.
• Perform administrative tasks and always ensure support to the Director through
maintaining quality filing and communication systems including contact management,
document management and archiving.
