Role Overview
Fulcrum Research Group is hiring a Data Analyst for the India team to support quantitative market research deliverables and client requests. The role focuses on structured data handling, PowerPoint report population, slide and table updates, and quality control. Robust Excel, PowerPoint, and detail-oriented reporting skills are essential; dashboarding, scripting, automation, or development experience is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Support quantitative market research deliverables using Excel, SPSS, survey data, and other structured datasets.
- Populate and maintain PowerPoint reports, including slide templates, charts, tables, formatting, and deck cleanup.
- Perform QC of numbers, labels,



charts, tables, formatting, and slide consistency before deliverables are shared.
- Coordinate with India- and US-based team members to clarify inputs, resolve questions, and keep requests moving.
- Track work and communicate progress through ClickUp or similar workflow tools.
- Support recurring analytics, data management, dashboard input, slide automation, and reporting requests as needed.
- Document repeatable workflows and contribute to process improvements that make reporting and QC more efficient.

Required Skills and Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, market research operations, reporting, business analysis, analytics support, or a similar data-heavy role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including work with large datasets, charts, tables, and structured report templates.
