Role Overview:
We are looking for an AI & Marketing Associate to join our Media & Marketing team. This is primarily a marketing role, with AI serving as a powerful tool to improve productivity, creativity, research, and execution.
You will work closely with the marketing team on campaigns, content, social media, reporting, and market research while using contemporary AI tools to streamline workflows and improve outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys marketing, is comfortable experimenting with AI tools, and wants hands-on exposure to real business and marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Campaign Execution:
- Support day-to-day marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels.




- Help manage content calendars, campaign schedules, and recurring marketing activities.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, agencies, and external vendors.

Content & Social Media:
- Develop content ideas, social media captions, campaign concepts, and creative briefs.
- Support social media planning, publishing, and engagement activities.
- Research trending topics, audience interests, and competitor content strategies.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across channels.

Research & Reporting:
- Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and audience research.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports and insights.
- Track key marketing metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain organized records of campaign activities and results.

AI-Enabled Marketing:
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and other platforms for:
