Hard service supervisor - MEP
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical,
Electrical LV systems, Generators, UPS
10 Years Saudi/GCC experience preferred; industrial/petrochemical/mining experience preferred; good English; HSE awareness; PTW, LOTO, risk assessment and toolbox talks; MS Office; valid work authorization; relevant certificates
Plumbing, firefighting, BMS & Civil
PPM & Corrective maintenance; troubleshooting
Management
Team supervision; CAFM/CMMS; spare parts, contractor coordination
RCA and corrective/preventive action implementation
EHSS
Solid knowledge of PTW, LOTO and energy isolation Industrial HSE practices and emergency response
Educational
Good Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email skills, Educational, experience and professional certificates to be verified, Saudi Council of Engineers registration as applicable
Reporting
Day to day activities Technical, Daily Weekly monthly FM, KPI SLA reports to Facility Engineer
