We are seeking a motivated individual for the position of Non IT Recruitment. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates looking to start their career in recruitment. The successful candidate will assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various non-IT roles, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate status.




- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and recruitment metrics.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
