- Strong knowledge of Derivatives and Collateral Management , including trade lifecycle, margin management, collateral allocation, settlements, and exposure monitoring.
- Experience in margin call processing, collateral reconciliation, dispute management, and regulatory compliance .
- Ability to analyze and resolve breaks, exceptions, and collateral discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Positive understanding of financial markets, OTC derivatives, and risk mitigation processes .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, counterparties, and global stakeholders .
- Proven ability to prepare clear reports, provide status updates, and communicate complex information in a concise manner.
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working across Operations, Risk, Finance, and Front Office teams in a fast-paced environment.
