We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader to join our growing real estate team in Bangalore.
The ideal candidate will have 5–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, loan or insurance domain with proven experience in achieving sales targets, managing a sales team, handling leads, and driving conversions.
The candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, monitoring performance, driving revenue, and ensuring achievement of monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Monitor individual and team performance and drive consistent target achievement. Allocate and manage leads effectively among team members. Track the complete sales funnel from lead generation and follow-ups to site visits, negotiations, and closures. Guide and coach team members on sales techniques, follow-ups, and lead conversion. Handle key clients and support the team in closing high-value or challenging deals.



Accompany and support team members during client meetings and site visits whenever required. Conduct regular team meetings to review targets, pipeline, and performance. Identify performance gaps and implement strategies to improve team productivity and conversions. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management. Work closely with management to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a positive customer experience. Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and recent real estate projects. Ensure proper usage of CRM and timely updating of lead and sales data. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 5–6 years of sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry. Prior experience in team handling / sales leadership is preferred.
