About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team and work across a diverse range of brands and projects.
The role will primarily involve handling day-to-day social media design requirements, while also contributing to larger branding, campaign, digital and marketing projects as they come in.
We're looking for someone who has a strong eye for design, understands how brands communicate visually, and can take a brief from an initial idea to a polished final execution.
You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment, managing multiple projects at once, taking feedback positively, and bringing your own creative thinking to the table.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media & Digital Design
Create engaging and visually compelling designs for Instagram, Facebook, Linked In and other digital platforms. Develop static posts, carousels, stories, ad creatives, campaign creatives and other social media assets.



Translate creative briefs and marketing objectives into robust visual concepts. Maintain visual consistency across different brands and campaigns. Adapt designs into multiple formats and sizes for different platforms and placements. Work closely with the content and social media teams to understand the communication objective behind every creative. 2. Branding & Visual Identity
Work on branding projects including logos, brand identities, colour palettes, typography and visual systems. Develop brand collaterals such as business cards, stationery, brochures, presentations, marketing material, etc. Create brand guidelines and ensure consistency across different brand touchpoints. Develop creative concepts and visual directions based on a client's brand positioning. Adapt existing brand identities into new campaigns and communication formats. 3. Campaign & Marketing Creatives
