Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the Paid Media Specialist is responsible for driving performance and growth across paid digital channels, ensuring campaigns deliver against business objectives while providing a seamless guest experience across the full customer journey.
You’re comfortable being the key coordinator and performance lead for campaign delivery,



responsible for translating strategy into execution through agency management, stakeholder alignment, creative briefing and performance analysis.
core responsibilities
- Support the execution of paid media campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display, Video, Paid Social and emerging digital channels.
- Manage campaigns end-to-end from briefing and planning through to activation, optimisation and reporting, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and aligned to business objectives.
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for agency partners, providing explicit briefs, managing timelines, reviewing recommendations and ensuring campaigns are executed to a high standard.
- Partner with the Paid Media Lead and broader team to translate media strategy into actionable campaign plans and channel activity.
