We are seeking an Attorney to join our Australia & New Zealand Legal team on a full-time contract basis. Reporting to the Lead Counsel, Australia & Recent Zealand, this role will provide expert, commercially focused legal support across Disney’s diverse ANZ business, including Disney+, content sales and distribution, studio marketing and franchise activity.
About the Role
In this role, you will support the ANZ Legal team in delivering high-quality legal advice that enables Disney’s business units to achieve their strategic and operational goals.



You will work closely with legal colleagues and business stakeholders across marketing, content, product, finance and commercial teams. This is a 13-month contract.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Providing legal review and clearance for Disney+ marketing, social, digital, radio and eDM assets across growth, lifecycle and performance marketing campaigns.
• Supporting legal advice on Disney+ product and platform changes, including on-platform copy review, partner co-promotions and related approvals.
• Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, including influencer agreements, services agreements, agency agreements, briefs, statements of work, sponsorship agreements and partnership documentation.
• Advising on competitions and trade promotions, including reviewing and drafting terms and conditions, prize fulfilment agreements, release forms and permit requirements.
