We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to support customers throughout their journey with our platform. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and an interest in technology and software platforms.

Key Responsibilities
· Conduct platform demos for prospective and existing customers, explaining relevant features and use cases.
· Manage customer onboarding and conduct training sessions to help customers effectively use the platform.
· Prepare training materials such as user guides, videos, FAQs, and other documentation.
· Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to identify issues, validate new features, and ensure the platform meets customer requirements.
· Provide customer support through calls, messages, email, and other communication channels.
· Build strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups, check-ins, and proactive engagement.
· Collect customer feedback, requirements, and suggestions and communicate them to the relevant internal teams.




· Handle customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
· Follow up on reported issues until they are successfully resolved and communicate updates to customers.
· Monitor customer adoption and engagement and proactively assist customers in getting maximum value from the platform.
· Maintain proper records of customer interactions, issues, feedback, and follow-ups.

Requirements
· Any Bachelor‘s Degree or equivalent qualification.
· 0–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Business Development, Software Implementation, QA, or a related role.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Valuable interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
· Good understanding of software applications and technology is mandatory, along with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software platforms.
· Ability to conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.
· Good problem-solving and coordination skil
