About the Role
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead government empanelment and panel operations across our hospital network. The role will manage current government tie-ups, existing panel relationships, renewals, claims and timely payment recovery across locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify eligible Central Government, State Government, PSU and other government-backed healthcare panels for each hospital.
- Manage empanelment applications, documentation, inspections,



approvals and agreements.
- Build and maintain relationships with government departments and panel authorities.
- Review panel rates, treatment packages and payment terms with management.
- Ensure timely renewals and adherence to panel requirements.
- Coordinate with hospital heads, clinical teams, billing and finance for patient authorisations, accurate documentation and timely claim submission.
- Resolve claim queries, rejections, deductions and payment disputes.
- Lead payment follow-ups, reconciliation and recovery of overdue amounts.
- Train and supervise panel coordinators across hospital locations.
- Monitor panel-wise admissions, revenue, collections and outstanding payments.
- Maintain a central tracker of empanelments, renewals, pending claims and recovery status for management review.
