Role Overview
We are looking for a warm, energetic, and detail-oriented Clinic Hostess to ensure a seamless and premium experience for clients visiting our clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing client areas to Biopeak standards, welcoming clients, and guiding them through their end-to-end journey within the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all consultation, assessment,



and client areas are fully prepared and maintained according to Biopeak standards before client arrival.
- Conduct pre-session checks to ensure rooms are clean, organized, stocked, and ready for use.
- Welcome clients warmly and create a comfortable, premium experience from the moment they arrive.
- Accompany and guide clients through their entire journey within the clinic, coordinating with internal teams as required.
- Ensure timely readiness of rooms and equipment for scheduled appointments.
- Supervise room servicing and restoration after client visits to maintain clinic standards.
- Assist clients with directions, scheduling queries, and general support during their visit.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality, professionalism, and client satisfaction at all times.
- Coordinate with operations and clinical teams to ensure smooth daily functioning.
