About the Team:

The Business Management team is responsible for driving growth, profitability, and market expansion across Redington‘s technology portfolio. Working closely with global technology vendors, channel partners, and internal sales teams, the team ensures effective business planning, seamless execution, and sustained value creation across assigned product lines.

Who We‘re Looking For:

We are looking for a results-oriented Business Manager to lead and scale our Wearables, Hearables, and Audio-Visual (AV) product portfolio. The ideal candidate possesses strong commercial acumen, managing strategic vendor partnerships, and collaborating across teams to deliver revenue and profitability objectives. You should be comfortable working in a agile technology distribution environment while effectively resolving business and operational challenges.

Your Role:
- Drive quarterly and annual revenue targets for the assigned product or business portfolio.
- Own and deliver profitability goals through effective business planning and execution.




- Build and manage strong relationships with technology vendors, including vendor distribution managers, category managers, and sales teams.
- Collaborate with the Field Sales team to engage key channel partners and develop business growth opportunities.
- Monitor business performance, identify opportunities for expansion, and recommend actions to improve revenue and margins.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for resolving business, operational, and customer-related issues pertaining to the assigned portfolio.
- Ensure effective coordination across internal stakeholders to enable successful execution of business plans.
